Scottish Wedding Photography | Craig & Terrianne
At the end of March I had the great pleasure of photographing Craig & Terrianne’s wedding at the Balbirnie House in Markinch.
Craig and Terrianne are such a fantastic couple, so easy going and happy, and it was a real privilege capture their wedding day for them. Balbirnie House is also one of my favourite Scottish Wedding venues, there is so much choice of locations for the bride and groom portraits, a beautiful garden, stunning insides and a lovely staircase. This was always going to be an amazing day!
Here is a little bit of Craig & Terrianne’s own story:
Tell us how you first met?
We meet in a pub in Perth! We sorta thought that this could always happen as we’ve known each other since we were kids.
When did you know he/she was the one? Was it something that they did? etc
We bought knew that we belonged together after our son (Shay) was born.
Tell us about the proposal, (did you see it coming, how long was it in the planning, how did you feel, nervous, excited, freaking out?)
Craig proposed on xmas day 2011, by presenting me with a slow cooker and a haribo ring inside it before going down on one knee!!
Tell us one thing that you love most about each other:
Terrianne loves Craig’s cheeky humour, Craig loves Terrianne’s heart of gold
Why did you choose balbirnie house for your wedding?
It has everything you could want and more!!
Besides getting married, what is the one thing that you look forward to the most on the wedding day? Everyone enjoying the day!!
Is there anything that you wish you knew earlier when it comes to planning a wedding?
Don’t do it bang in the middle of a HNC!!!
