Shoots will be held at our studio in Perth

In booking you agree that Martin Ward Photography may use any of the images taken in any printed material, digital display, social media, Competition entry and for any marketing purposes, or printed media and re-sale.

The Voucher/Prize/Giveaway cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers – only one promotional shoot is allowed per household, and only one voucher per session.

No Cash Alternative

FOR ALL SESSIONS – you will be asked for a £20 fully refundable deposit, this is to secure your session and not waste our studio giveaway, this will be fully refunded when you come back to view your beautiful photos about 1-2 weeks later. Sessions are very precious to us, so this is a non refundable fee if the client fails to arrive for the photoshoot or ordering session. You can of course 
re-schedule without any charge if you notify us up to 24hrs before the booking time. 

You may choose the photo for your frame at the ordering session, no cash alternative is available. Please be aware you will need to come back to our studio to view the images. We cannot choose the image for your frame for you. This is to comply with our GDPR policy as you will need to sign the ordering sheet to confirm your order. The viewing session is such an important part of your experience with us.

For Pet Sessions – The owner must come to the shoot, we will not give prints for prizes or gift vouchers if the owner is not present at the session.

Martin Ward Photography has the right to withdraw offers at any time
